The problem

Vinayak Hospital had something most businesses would envy: a genuinely strong reputation, earned patient by patient, sitting at 4.8 stars across more than 235 reviews. What it did not have was anywhere for that reputation to live online.

Someone hearing the name from a neighbour and searching for it found scattered directory listings — a phone number here, an address there, no departments, no doctors, no way to book. The good name existed; the shop window did not.

The brief we set ourselves

This is a Starter-package build, so the constraint was real: around five pages, done properly, rather than fifteen done thinly. Everything hinged on deciding what a worried person actually needs at 11pm, and cutting the rest.

A small website that answers the right four questions beats a big one that buries them.

What we built

Trust, stated immediately

The rating and review count sit in the hero, right under the name. That number was earned from real patients, and for someone choosing between two hospitals it is the single most persuasive thing on the page — so it goes where it will actually be seen, not in a footer.

Two taps to an appointment

"Book Appointment" and "Call Now" sit side by side in the hero and follow you down the page. There is no multi-step form, no account, no login. On a phone it is: tap, type your name and number, send. The enquiry lands on the hospital's WhatsApp where staff already work all day.

Emergency and ambulance, never hidden

The emergency line and ambulance number are pinned in the top bar on every screen. As with any hospital site we build, this is non-negotiable: the one visitor in a hundred who needs it urgently cannot be made to hunt for it.

Nine departments, honestly described

Each department gets a plain-language description of what it treats and who runs it. No stock photography of foreign hospitals, no invented claims — just what the hospital genuinely offers, which is more than enough.

What ₹12,000 gets you

This site is the honest answer to "what does the cheaper package actually look like?". It is not a cut-down template. It is a real, custom-designed website that loads fast, works properly on a ₹9,000 phone, and turns a good local reputation into phone calls.

A larger hospital with ten departments, doctor profiles, health packages and two languages needs the Premium build — that is Agarwal Nursing Home. Compare both on the pricing page.

How it was delivered

Built and deployed first, shown second. The hospital opened a live link on their own phone before any money was discussed — the same way we start every project.

More work

₹12,000 gets you this.

And you see it finished, working, on your own phone — before you pay anything.
